Map Treasury Correspondence Format Data app allows user to define the rules for mapping or transforming data, in order to enable communication with financial institution in the required data format. The user can create new format mappings or copy from existing ones, display the details of existing format mapping, as well as import, export, edit, check, release, and delete these mappings.

We support both correspondence directions:

For incoming processes, user can determine how the system interprets data received from financial institution and how to map that to the incoming treasury correspondence objects in the system.

For outgoing processes, user can define how data in the outgoing treasury correspondence objects are transformed to generate the final file that user sends to the financial institution.

Available on the S/4HANA Cloud:

In SAP S/4HANA 1902 Cloud Release was introduced the Fiori Map Treasury Correspondence Format Data app for outgoing format. The app is also available for incoming format since S/4HANA 1911 Cloud Release.

Available on the S/4HANA OnPremise:

Incoming and outgoing mapping is also available on S/4HANA OnPremise since 1909 release. Outgoing mapping is done in DMEEX transaction, incoming remains in the Fiori app Map Treasury Correspondence Data.

In both incoming and outgoing objects, SAP offers two format mappings templates – MT300 and MT320.

We are planning to offer additional formats in the future.
