Opening each file may take time and this is to discover that the file you really need is the last one ... to increase efficiency and save your time SAP Business One introduces a new column in the Attachments tab:
In the ‘Free Text’ column, you can add relevant text to the given attachment, letting other users know what the specific attachment is all about. This way transparency and clarity are increased, and users can access only the files they are really need without having to open all the attachments one by one. The new column is available in all forms where attachments tab is available, and may contain up to 100 characters.
