It is quite common that businesses deliver to their customers goods and services in one go. For example, when purchasing a new dishwasher a technician comes over, installs the machine and provides instructions for regular usage and maintenance. The technician visit is a non-inventory item that may be included in the delivery document.
By default, the Pick & Pack Manager is set to consider both inventory and non-inventory items however if needed, SAP Business One enables you to exclude non-inventory items from the Pick & Pack Manager:
When selected, all non-inventory items are excluded from appearing in the Pick and Pack Manager, and when generating a pick list from within the context menu of an order, non-inventory items will not be copied to that pick list.
