SAP S/4HANA Cloud business user in the financial controlling roles for enterprise projects predicts the costs of the project. The values predicted will be acting as guiding value for the financial controller to upload the plan costs.

The predicted costs will be read by the bot using the application CDS views to fetch data from Table ACDOCP.

Automation bot proposes the business user to upload the budget/plan costs equal to the costs presented in the upper prediction category.  Once the business user approves the proposal, the costs will be uploaded to the S/4HANA system, relieving the user of undergoing a tedious manual process documents (ex. create excel sheet.).

The bot skill reads the project’s predicted costs and exports the predicted costs into the project planning or budgeting excel templates
