Import from Excel is great. It saves time and effort and allows you to quickly bring the data you need into your company database. Well… as long as you do it right - i.e. this can work only if you map the data from your file to the respective database fields. To make this task easier and prevent mapping errors SAP Business One introduces an option to display the database field name next to the field name in the user-interface:
