Similar to our daily routine that is combined of habits and repetitive actions, there is the business routine that consists of multiple actions performed on a regular basis: ordering goods, paying salaries, generating reports, etc.
For some of these tasks you can define Recurring Transactions Templates to be executed on a regular basis according to the frequency of your choice. To provide more flexibility and address additional use cases SAP Business One introduces additional intervals:
You can now add to your business routing recurring transaction templates to be executed every two weeks or two months. All the transactions derived from the recurring transactions templates in all intervals are listed in the "Confirmation of Recurring Transactions" window, awaiting for your approval.
Available in SAP Business One 10.0 FP 2008 and SAP Business One 10.0 FP 2008, version for SAP HANA.
