The form which is available for most of the windows in SAP Business one enables you to define settings to be applied to the given document, transaction, master data, or report. You can change the displayed columns and their sequence, set the sales employee to be assigned automatically to the document, etc. The settings you make are saved for you, and will be applied from now on until you change it again. To access the form, click the “Form Settings” icon in the toolbar.
