Dear All,

After the successful close of the pilot phase, including positive feedback from customers and partners, we are excited to announce the general availability of SAP Readiness Check for SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Update: Also check out this blog from Steve Schnoll: Speeding up your HCM move to the cloud in 2024
SAP Readiness Check for SAP SuccessFactors solutions is a self-service tool for SAP customers based on the widely adopted SAP Readiness Check for SAP S/4HANA, which has been run 32k+ times and used in more than 90% of all SAP S/4HANA projects. (For more information about all SAP Readiness Check scenarios, refer to the SAP Readiness Check help portal page.)
This new SAP Readiness Check scenario is meant to be used as a kick-off point to start planning a transition to SAP SuccessFactors solutions including SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central,  by providing an overview of how existing SAP ERP HCM solutions are used and how they have been enhanced.

Thousands of customers are still using SAP ERP Human Capital Management, with the mainstream maintenance deadline rapidly approaching. As they prepare their transition to the latest human experience management solutions from SAP, existing customers will want to explore their current SAP ERP Human Capital Management implementation. As part of this exploration, customers and partners require a tool that provides visibility on how the existing system is used, how it deviates from the standard, and what needs to be considered when planning the transition to SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

SAP Readiness Check for SAP SuccessFactors solutions helps customers to better understand the state of their SAP ERP HCM system. It also helps them engage with implementation partners and SAP to discuss options for the target architecture, providing visibility on how the existing SAP ERP HCM solutions are implemented and consumed. This new tool covers key topic areas like implemented functionality, degree of customization, number of interfaces, and existing data footprint, all of which are necessary to properly assess the complexity of an existing SAP ERP HCM productive environment.

A detailed description of the topic areas can be found in the blog SAP Readiness Check for SAP SuccessFactors Solutions – Now in Pilot Phase | SAP Blogs.

To set up and run SAP Readiness Check for SAP SuccessFactors solutions on your system, follow the instructions in SAP Note 3193560 – SAP Readiness Check for SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

As always, we look forward to receiving your feedback!

Your SAP Readiness Check Team
