This blog post is part of a series called “Tip of the Week”. In this week's tip we'll see how to design your specific general overview.

Diversity, perspectives, needs… as time goes by we realize that one size just can't fit all. Each business follows different processes and best practices. Each manager looks for different reports, focuses on different pieces of data, different aspects and level of detail. To fulfill these needs, the Web Client for SAP Business One introduces the General Overview:

Single screen combining analytical cards from various sources, that enables you to get the big picture and the details in one place. You can add, edit, and remove cards as needed, and save overview sets as views and as tiles for frequent use.

Each card on the General Overview has its own configuration parameters and set of filters that you can adjust:

Available in the Web client for SAP Business One 10.0, version for SAP HANA PL02.

I hope you found this information helpful and as always, I’m looking forward to your feedback in the comments section below.
