To all SAP Business ByDesign Partners,
With the delayed release of the SAP Business ByDesign Certification, SAP is now switching the requirements for Solution Consultants to a new SAP Business ByDesign Certification. Effective immediately, in order to maintain Sell Authorization status, a SAP Business ByDesign partner must employ at least one Solution Consultant to have passed the certification
C_BYD15 _1908 SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Business ByDesign Implementation Consultant with the Professional/Solution Edition Learning Hub. This new requirement brings the SAP Business ByDesign training requirements in alignment with other SAP Cloud authorizations. The required certification is now available and can be accessed from the links provided below.
Partners are encouraged to take the new certification training as soon as possible since this requirement will be checked for the first time during the January 2020 semi-annual check. In January, current “authorized” partners who have not fulfilled certification requirements will move to “at risk” while current “at risk” partners will be moved to “de-authorized”. Partner status will be evaluated again with the July 2020 Semi-Annual Check. At this point, partners without Certification achievement will be “de-authorized”.
About the certification
The
C_BYD15 _1908 SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Business ByDesign Implementation Consultant will be based on the Solution Consultant Learning Journey. Certification will test both product and implementation knowledge gathered from the OpenSAP courses below and Implementation courses. A fee will be required (varies according to region) to test for the certification where the individual will be permitted 6 attempts to pass. You can check your region for pricing.
Resources available for certification:
OpenSAP Courses: These are archived courses and do not require “Reactivation”. Choose the option for “Enroll Me Now” on the openSAP site. A Record of Achievement is not required for completed courses, nor is it required to take the quizzes.
