During 2 days (18. & 19. March 2019) the SAP Partner in Bogota got ready to move the Installed Base Customer to the Intelligent ERP. They gained skills to prepare a iERP Proposal for Net New Name or Installed Base customer.



The 1st day the participants worked in teams and created a Project Scope based on SAP Best Practices for S/4HANA including extensions like localization and specializations. By selecting the Scope Items of BP for S/4HANA, SAP Partner in Bogota realized not only getting a Preconfigured Solution with details Project Documentation like Scope Presentation, Test Script, Process Flow, Configuration Guide,…, they gained also the skills of the new innovated business processes and features including Machine Learning. Further they were amazed by using the SAP S/4HANA tutorials to review the Scope items and gaining SAP Fiori basic's skills.



By using a Cloud Appliance Library, creating a SAP S/4HANA Fully-Activated Appliance in less then 3 hours the participants got quite emotional by practicing on a SAP S/4HANA live system. The participant prepared a live demo based on the previous defined project scope and included embedded Analytics.





The Bogota Partner moved on and entered the Project Scope into the SAP Transformation Navigator, gained the tools skills, selected the Value Driver and calculated the business benefits with the Quick Value Assessment QVA. With the current and recurring benefits from the QVA we also calculated the ROI Return on Investment including the Costs (Software, Maintenance, Consulting Service and Infrastructure).

The SAP Activate Methodology for the transition to S/4HANA helps the partner to setup the project and delivers a great structure, accelerators and templates. Thanks to the experience with the SAP 10Steps2S4 Program the partner could identify the project effort and feeling now more comfortable to finalize the iERP proposal.



The fact that the costs of sales during the Discovery Phase are higher brings also confidence for SAP Partner and customer to move to SAP iERP.

The Partner in Bogota are ready now to move the customers to SAP S/4HANA.
