Attachments are Everywhere (Almost)

Using attachments has become almost a second nature. Pictures, scanned documents, e-mails… no wonder we embed them to presentations, attach them to existing documents etc. it brings context, helps to draw the whole picture and let’s not forget - extremely efficient.

To increase productivity and enhance business activity SAP Business One has enabled attachment handling in additional objects:

The Attachments tab is added to: Inventory Opening Balance, Inventory Counting, Inventory Posting, Incoming Payments, Outgoing Payments, Check for Payments, Deposit, Journal Entry, Production Order, and Time Sheet.
