The Project System is used by a vast number of SAP customers, for a wide variety of purposes. With the move from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, many things are changing, and much of the Project System scope is on the compatibility pack matrix. This call outlines these changes for project control functionalities, also giving an outlook into the strategy for SAP's project management solutions.

Our background:

Mario is the chief product owner for Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM) in SAP S/4HANA. Since he started at SAP in 2000, he held several distinct roles in customer and consultant training, solution, and product management in the area of EPPM.

Michael: Having started in 1992 at an SAP R/2 customer, I transitioned to R/3 / Business Suite consulting, then held various positions in consulting management and strategic business development. Since 2014, I’ve been working in SAP S/4HANA Solution Management, focusing on commercial topics and taxonomy for SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP S/4HANA.
