Queries are extremely valuable for receiving the data you need, when you need it. But having the right queries is not enough. Each business must make sure that only the authorized users will be able to access and generate the respective queries. For that purpose, SAP Business One introduced previously 15 query authorization groups, enabling to grant authorizations to specific queries. Since flexibility is a key for successful customization, it is now possible to add more groups:
After choosing the “New Group” button, the following window appears, enabling you to define more groups, up to 1000 query authorization groups in total:
