Hi everyone,
over the past two months, we have briefed Mint Jutras (an independent business analyst firm specialized in bench-marking the performance of software solutions) on the concept of the Business Application Factory.
Together with rainer.zinow, we presented our vision of providing a shared development platform to our partners in the SMB space.
We call this shared platform concept the Business Application Factory. The factory will enable our SMB partners to build new extensions and apps for SAP Business ByDesign and SAP Business One using the very same cutting-edge technology and proven components SAP is using in-house to innovate the SMB ERP portfolio. We believe this will allow partners to add more value, more quickly to our customers, increase the reach and scope of our solutions at low cost and risk and create an attractive business ecosystem around easy to adopt, and easy to adapt cloud ERP solutions.
