SAP ACTIVATE - What does AGILE SCRUM mean to SAP consultants?

We all have seen project delivery methodologies are rapidly evolving. Even in SAP space, we see shift from traditional waterfall to SAP ACTIVATE methodology.

SAP Activate is AGILE way of delivering projects/product features.

So basically, we need not wait to complete the development activity to gather customer feedback/UAT, but instead taking iterative approach and with each iteration gathering customer feedback and incorporating it into solutions much earlier.

This blog is an attempt to:
