Meaning of Account keys in Global Trade Management Expenses

If you are implementing the expense functionality within ECC or S/4HANA Global Trade Management (GTM) you may wonder, what the meanings of the three account keys G01, G02 resp. G04 of GTM are.

You find these account keys in customizing transaction OBYC and use them while defining the supplier billing document types for GTM expenses.

Well, the meanings are:

• G01 - GTM Expense


• G02 - GTM Provision


• G04 - GTM Expense AR

You can maintain them using t-code SM30, view V_T687 and choose application 'M'.
