Unresolved prompt references while importing IVR.

Certainly everyone found this problem when moving from test environment to production. Is there a chance to avoid this huge inconvenience when GUID-like wave filenames appears instead of properly recreated prompts?

Hi Krzysztof,

have you checked the KB Note 1951158 - SAP Contact Center 7.0 - IVR Samples? Eg. Service Message IVR,  the sample vxml and accompanying documentation could give some hints.
