Have you maintained settings in T. code SCOT like default domain and stuff

You might also have to ask your network guys create a sub domain specific to your CRM system.

For e.g. if your company domain is xyz.com then you might have to create something like crm.xyz.com so that once the mails (user@crm.xyz.com) reach your company domain(xyz.com), they will be routed to crm.xyz.com and then sit in the target users inbox.

Hi Julius

we have already made that settings as u said .we created user as xyz@company domain.com for that we have created a contact like xyz@crm.company domain.com , so here is when we recivece the mails to xyz@company domain.com it should forward to xyz@crm.company domain.com.NOw the problem is when it trys to forward to our CRM system it is not accepting the mails the mails from Exchange server. Is the any setting to be done at OS level in CRM system to accept the mails.

In SCOT also we maintained all the necessary things

Hi Julis

Thanks for your valuable inputs.

As you said we have already done that settings in SCOT and also the other things specified by you.But we are unable to recive the mails to our CRM System.

Mail are going to external ids from CRM. While replying back exchange server is also receiving it. And as said is also forwarding to the contact id (crm.xyz.com).

But there it waits for time and bounces back because SAP CRM system (and the concerned user for whom that email is assigned) is not accepting the email.

I also sent all the steps what we configured to your personal id with reference to sdn.

Pls provide your suggestions

Thanks

Amar

are you getting any error? HOw do you know that the email is not being accepted?

You may have to maintain the email addresses for the users for whom u wish to recevie mails in SU01

Give me a heads up on the errors you are receiving.
