Unable to create "Rule Set" territory

I am trying to configure Rule Policy and Rule Set for territory in CRM 7.0. I am using "C06_BB_ConfigGuide" document as reference. Now I have got stuck in assignment of Rule Policy to Rule Set (Step 4.5.3). When I click on link to create "Rule Policies for Rule Builder" and select Create. On selecting "TM- Territory Management" as Rule Policy Type, no further processing occurs. I am using standard Role "SAP_CRM_UIU_SLS_PROFESSIONAL" in which authorization object "CRM_FDT" is already present.

Please help me in resolving this.

Hello Hitesh,

There are several SAP Notes in dealing with Rule Sets for CRM 7.0 for Territory Management. Most are Web Cliet UI related so that you may create Rules and delete rules.

Here are some that are needed for CRM 7.0 Territory Management.

1316872 Copy Rule Attributes in Client 000 to Transport

1362549 Unable to Create rules with SCC4 has "No changes

1348354 Support Is Inital/Is NOT Initial operators for Rules

1348735 Rule Creation not allowed for inactive attribute

1351603 Rules not copied with Territories

1353495 Delete Rule builder Policy, ruleset & Rules

1358526 Rule Policy Delete to be enabled via UI

1368684 Allow rule creation with '*'

1356797 Rules AB attributes not resizable

1368572 SAVE RULE API should not clear with commit buffer

These are most of the SAP Notes that I can remember. Also, there might be some SAP Notes that may have to be implemented for these to work with Territory Management.
