TREX data not updating

Hi Experts,

There is an order which has 1 header and 3 items in CRM system. And the order was sync to TREX.

One item (item 40) data is stale.

I tried to update the order with FM 'CRM_EI_KB_SET_DELTA_UPDATE_UT' and report CRM_SAF_COMPILATION_DELTA. The header, item 10 and item 30 were updated. But item 40 was not updated still.

In table CRMD_EI_LANG_SAP, I can find all 4 KB ID before executing report CRM_SAF_COMPILATION_DELTA.

How can I find the reason of data not updating?

Hi

You have to open the trexadmin tool in trex instance.

I found some 'trace files' in tcode TREXADMIN. But how to check it?

Hi Liu.

What about the trex instance status? is it running or off? From CRM system check the RFC status.

Hi Sriram,

Yes, the TREX is running, our basis team has confirmed. And I can updated/search orders except the item 40 above...
