We are looking on launching a new version of our welcome program with a survey integration included.
Please can you help advise what would be the best way for us to set this up?
Is there a way we can have the survey within the email so all answers are trackable (depending on answers customers will get different next set of questions)? Or would it be better (if possible) to set up as a web page pop up when customers click through on a CTA from the email to complete?

Typically you wouldn't have anyone fill in a survey inside the email itsself. (only exception would be with AMP for email, but that is advanced and wouldn't work in every inbox.)
What you can do is link to a survey, or even ask a first question (eg multiple choice or stars ranking) inside the email and pass that answer on to the survey / form it is on through the url.
Rest will depend on which type of technical set-up you have (which tools). Hope that helps a bit!
