Social Media (Facebook) Ticket in C4C: sentiment analysis does not work anymore since the latest release

in our C4C System we have integrated Facebook for Social Media Tickets.

Before the release the Sentiment Analysis worked fine. After the release it does not work anymore. (See attached Screenshot)

Do you have any idea? Do I have to configure something after release so that it works?

Hi Betim,

I tried here in my tenant and it works sometimes, when the user explicit post something like a "smile face”, for example. See the print below with a "sad face":

Like in example, try to use your sentence "Ich bin unzufrieden" together with the "sad face", and after that try to post again without it. Maybe the C4C detect sentiments software it will "learn" how to deal with the sentence.
