Sequence of configuration steps in SAP contact center.
We are going to implement SAP Contact Center; however, I am new to SAP Contact Center and acting as Functional consultant, I have gone through the documentation and understood something. Initially we are planning to implement a model solution on the sandbox. Could anyone please help me to know the sequence of configuration steps in SAP contact center .
SAP Contact Center should be implemented by SAP partner or trained/experienced consultant. This is same for all SAP applications. If you have previous experience with different product in area of telephony/unified communication/IP telephony, then self-onboarding would be much easier for you.
