This is regarding Loyalty Management.
The points are not getting accumulated in Point account set after creating the Accrual sales order in spite of maintaining the required settings in spro.
Can you please suggest a way of solving this issue.

May be you can check, whether the
Product : Product creation and the loyalty scenario related settings are maintained
(ii) Membership data has all the required details maintained
(iii) Corresponding Reward rules in loyalty program are setup
(iv) Sales order transaction created is error free
(v) Corresponding Member activity is created and is error free
