performance IC Web

hi All,

just want to do a benchmarking on IC Web Client performance.

we have the IC web client running and measure the timing. overall, it takes about 60 - 120 seconds to create a service ticket (starting from confirming account up to saving the ticket).

is this actually a reasonable performance? or it normally performs better than this?

Regards

JD

Hi,

60-120 seconds seems to be not acceptable in the real time scenario. The perforamce has to be finetuned either by re looking into the hardware size or basis has to monitor this kind of performance.

Reward points if helpful.

Hi Jushan,

In our implementation the search takes around 30 - 45 seconds with correct search parameters for ex. service ticket/e-mails, today/last 3days, assigned to: xyz group/me., status: open/...

Hi Shridhar,

thanks for sharing with us.

we also have about the same figure for search plus editing.

what we did we have finetuned from database, application, basis, any customization.

but still our client demands it to be faster.

regards

Hi there,

Could you please mention which version of CRM you are referring to here? Is it an on-premise or on-demand system?
