Hi ,

Presently i am working as an ABAP Consultant.Willing to do CRM Certification.

Please tell me How many modules are there in CRM ?

Which module will be suitable for me.

Without any domain experience can i go for CRM Certification ?

Approximate Cost ?

The main modules in CRM are Sales, Service, Marketting and Analytics.

I think you should first target for the certification on CRM fundamentals. It's on the basics on CRM does not require much domain experience.

The cost is approx 2-2.5 lakhs including training and approx 24 thousand for the certification.

The basic certification is CR100( Base customization). I believe this is a prerequisite for other modules in CRM.

You have option to choose module after that. Either Sales or Service modules should be more than enough. You don't need any prior experience to get into CRM. In US just the certification exam cost is around $500
