hello friends

since days i have problem login to B2B, i'm realy stuck

I have configured a scenario "MYSCENARIO" with the parametres :

Param. name Value Component Description

jcodata: JCO1 (my jco) ( test is green ok )

backendtype: crmdefault

shopdata: crmshop_b2b

catalogtype: crmcatalog

usertype: CRM_Standalone

i log on with my User ID and i have all possible roles under CRM :

SAP_CRM_INTERNET_USER

SAP_CRM_ECO_ISA_WU_B2B_FULL

SAP_CRM_ECO_ISA_WU_USERADMIN

SAP_CRM_ISA_ITS

SAP_CRM_ISA_ITSLOGIN

SAP_CRM_ISA_UA_SUPERUSER

SAP_CRM_ISA_WEBSHOP_MANAGER

SAP_J2EE_ADMIN

but i still cannot to log into b2B

htp://host:port/b2b/b2b/init.do?scenario.xcm=MYSCENARIO

why i m ogin to shopadmin easily and not to b2b?

the logs are :

Couple of things which you can check

1. Are the roles you mentioned properly generated in CRM.

2.Are you able to login to isauseradm link. This is Important.

3. Try creating a contact person for a sold to party and assin him internet user role as well and try logging

again into webshop.

4.Does the sold to party you are selecting falls into the same sales area as of the variants sales area in product catalog.

Hope it helps

Has the internet user been setup properly ?

Pls check if the link b/w internet user and contact person to Sold to party has been set properly

Do u have your catalog set up properly. If you do not have the catalog set up, try to hide the internal catalog in shopadmin and try again. You should be able to login.
