When I create a campaign using a target group ( with say 1 contact having proper email id) and execute this campaign; I find that the job is ended without errors. But in Contact Statistics AB ; it shows Incorrect Communication Data as 1 and no out outbound contacts. Version: SAP CRM 7.0 EhP1.
Check the transaction sost and see if the email entry is appearing here? Check the sender and recipient's email ids.
It sometimes happens that the sender's email id is not maintained properly or is no longer existing in the system. Hence this error.
The sender's email id can be maintained here: spro-> CRM -> Marketing -> Marketing Planning and Campaign Management -> Personalized Email -> Maintain Sender Addresses for E-Mail.
