IcWeb Default Transaction

Hi,

We have two different types of service transaction which have to be proceced via ICWeb client.

One of them is Service Ticket and the other is Service Order.

We have defined both of them in Business Transaction Profile and select the

service ticket as service default.

In our Navigation Bar we have defined two navigation bar id (we have used standarts). One is SERVICETICKET the other is SERVICE_ORDER .

We want to navigate via the navigation bar to a specific business transaction.

For exp :

When we click the navigaton bar service order we want to process our transaction service order. And when we click on the service ticket we want to process our service ticket.

But now whenever we click on the service order or ticket navigation bar we can only process service order ticket, which is defined as default in transaction profile.

Is it possible to add the transaction type in navigation bar id?

Kind Regards,

Have you checked this Badi

Spro -> IMG -> Customer Relationship Management -> Interaction Center Webclient -> Business Transactions -> Service Ticket -> Business Add-Ins -> Badi: Navigation to Service Ticket & Service Order.

Hi,

Check if your navigation bar profile have

NavigationBar entries (Transaction: CRMC_IC_NAVBAR_PERM):

SERVICETICKET Service Ticket

&

SERVICE ORDER

if yes

<b>Then check Navigation Bar Entries details in the second level customizing of 'Define Entries'->'Define Highlighting'</b>

SERVICETICKET:

navigation link: ServiceTicketView

&

SERVICE ORDER

Navigation Link: ServiceOrderView

Hi Nevra

Try keeping the interaction record (0010) as the default transaction for services and keep service order and service ticket as the other transactions.

Just try with the above combination if it works.
