in SAP CRM 7.0;
in high volume communication methods, there is no open channel available for HV campaigns
there are only export and internet mail!
So is it possible using an open channel or telephone as a communication methods? How can I define them ?
The HV campaign execution is built for usage om mass/huge volumes of data. Hence its mostly restricted to Email and
File export communication methods only. Its also recommended to use only these two methods for High volume execution as
data loads are higher, than low volme process.
You can use the HV Emails or File exported in mail generator tool (using .csv files created).
