Deletion of transaction in CRM after groupware synchronization

Hello,

We are using client side groupware with Outlook 2003 and CRM 6.0 and noticed an unusual activity after we have changed the microsoft exchange server mailbox in outlook. After doing the synchronization some activities got deleted in CRM and some Activity transaction type got changed to Appointment.

Can anyone help with some pointers or provide any fix.

I think that this would be very strange if the behaviuor changed because of new mailox installation. Did you check settings on CRM side that the settings are still the same?

Hi Robert,

Nothing has been changed at server side, i wonder how to find out how many activities got deleted and also how to recover them, its happening in production.

What you suggest ?
