CRM incorrect BP

We have a problem with a customer....

He have create several some customer master in a wrong way.

Now it is necessary modify the BP TYPE from "Person" to "Organization" and viceversa.

Considered that BP TYPE is a field that isn't managed in trx FLCU2

Some one can help me! We have need of a different solution from the cancellation

hi buddy

for that you need to delete that BP and create a new BP using the same number as previously and then create it with the BP category u want person,org or group

else you wont be able to do that

Hi Barbara,

Your requirement is to alter a business partner category once a BP is created. But unfortunately, this cannot be done in SAP CRM. The business partner category must be defined when creating a new business partner and it cannot be changed later on.

A business partner category denotes whether a business partner is a Person, Organization or Group.
