CRM Client copy - ERP outbound queue incorrect RFC destination

Former Member

Hi All,

When we copied productive CRM-ERP into QA we facetd that, in ERP transaction SMQ1 queues outbound CRM queues are failed because of RFC destination does not exist. The list contains original RFC destination. When we try to activate failed queues and giving the new, correct RFC destination, we receive the following message 'No LUW exists in the specified queue' - SR 053.

Is there any ideas what we missed.

Thanks in advance.

Anett

1) Pls check the RFC destination in the table CRMRFCPAR. This should point to your QA system.

then reprocess the queues.

2) Pls identify if the failed queues are the one whcih are copied from the prodcution system. If tose the copied queues, Pls ignore them.

1.) CRMRFCPAR is updated before queue reprocessing. After client copy containing the actual RFC to CRM Q system.

2.) All failed queues are copied from productive. The problem that new materials are created in the backed meanwhile have not arrived yet to CRM. These products are required in CRM. It has importance, if we have hundreds of SYSFAIL queue because of client copy. We need data in CRM, meanwhile we are not able to proceed from ERP if we chang RFC destination.

Thanks for your advise.

Any other hint?

1) Pls determine if the copied queues from prod are useful to you or not . If not i think you can delete them.

2) But any changes done in QA now will have diffrrrent queue . I mean it would not come and sit in the Production copied queues. So Pls check if the new changes done in QA is able determine the right RFC destination.

Hello Chandra,

1.) The copied queues are useful. To keep the system syncronized they are necessary.

2.) The new queues are determined correct RFC destionation.

Hi Anett

If the queues point to the wrong system / rfc destination the data within them is usually lost when copying clients - before client copies it is necessary to clear out all running data exchange processes!

However, if you need the data (and it is in the attached ERP system in the QA environment), you can define a 'request' (tx. r3ar2 for definition, r3ar4 for start and r3ar3 for monitoring) to re-download the missing materials into the CRM system.

Hope this helps,

Kai

hi Anett,

Just check whether you have maintained the RFC destination in T-code smqs(TRFC Qout scheduler) in SAP ERP

Please maintain the required RFC destination of CRM here

Hi Anubhav,

SMQS registration in ERP is done. Inspite of this fact, we received the same message.
