CRM 4.0 SP09 - Activity Status of Complete

Just upgraded our CRM 4.0 system to sp09, however we are seeing 2 issues with the Status field of an activity.

1. The input fields of all completed activities are locked and also we can only change the input fields if we change the status to something other than completed. The status does have a trigger of "FINI" tied to it.

2. In the creation of an activity, if we know that the activity will need to be marked completed at this time, it also locks all the input fields.

Any help would be appreciated...

Note 867786 (in CRM 4.0 Service Pack 10) will fix this issue.

Jim, you take the words out of my mind, look at OSS Note 867786. The issue you mention is caused by the upgrade. Thanks, please rate this question as solved, Tiest.
