Please give me technical details which component we need to buy for SAP CRM 7.0 Ehp 1 .

Aside from the normal SAP CRM licenses (Business Suite users/CRM users) and the engine licenses (Service engine, Marketing engine, Sales engine, Interaction Center Interaction Records, etc.) you don't need to buy anything from SAP for the CMS integration. SAP does not charge for the ICI connector. So unless you decide to use SAP BCM for CTI instead of Avaya, you only need to work with Avaya to handle the licensing and cost from their side.
