CIC is worked as a backend sales office which support the field sales guys. If filed sales guys are using Mobile sales application, then it is tightly integrated with CIC.
Now automatic completion of complaints is not possible as such.
The scenario is like:
Customer calling to sales office. Sales agent will create the COMPLAINT in CIC. Then he/she will create the follow up transaction for this complaints as a Business activity and assing thi activity to Sales filed guys. Then sales filed guy process this business activity and send this back to CIC.
So the bottom line is sales filed guy will set the status completed in Mobile Sales and send this status to CIC backend office, only then it will be reflaacted to complete in CIC.
