Can not access User XCM tool at http://host:port/isauseradm/xcm/init.do

Dear Expert,

When i try to access isa user XCM tool, the IE shows blank and can not open the page.

However, the isa B2B XCM tool works well.

Can you pls tell me Where can i check and solve the issue?

Hello Ye,

Are you accessing the application via HTTP or HTTPS ? What port have you specified in the url ? If you run a HTTP trace on the browser do you receive any errors or warnings?

I tried http://host:port/isauseradm/admin/xcm/init.do , but still does work. any other suggestion?

Hi

Please ensure that the application is deployed and running in the visual admin.

If afterwards this does not work you could contact support about this.

You really receive a blank screen? No message or something?

If the application is not deployed, you will get "the requested resource does not exist". If the application is stopped at visual-admin you will get "Application stopped". So i think thats an other problem.

What you see at the default-trace on the server when you access to that page?
