C4C Feeds or SAP JAM Feeds?

Hi All,

Is anyone able to let me know the features that we will gain or lose when we replace C4C Feeds with Jam feeds?

I'm aware that the primary use case for C4C and JAM integration is to enable Sales & Service team collaboration, but is there any use case to specify when to use C4C Feeds and not Jam or vice versa?

Best regards,

Hello,

The features covered by Feeds are covered by JAM Feeds as well but just in a different way. In fact with JAM you have more features like creating Groups.

Thanks Preethi. Is creating groups the only additional feature that Jam offers that C4C doesn't?

Hi,

you can use Accounts, oppys, tickets, etc to feature in groups. Basically you can access all the features of JAM via C4C itself. Feeds in C4C is just a small part of C4C that focuses on some collaboration features but JAM as a whole itself is a tool that is is developed purely for collaboration so it has much more and much advanced features.

Hope this helps.

Regards

Preethi
