Added fields do not appear in Migration templates

Dear colleagues,

Assist me please with the following:

We added new field using Studio to the Customer card, it is well visible in the Customer card.

All data from Drop list visible as well, we can choose it and save without errors.

but

When we try to download Customer migration temlate there is no this new field in the template.

Field type - Codelist

Dear Suman,

Can you please describe with more detales which scenario we have to use for Customer General data.

FYI: we added fields to general information in Personal Customer card:

We deal with it, now all added fields get to the Templates, but we switch on all scenarios in Studio, because we don't know exactly which one is correct 😃

Can you help us?

Hello Alexander,

What I understood from your post is that you have added fields in Customer BO and you want them to be in the Customer Migration Template.

Below is a screenshot of the scenario that should be used to get the extension fields to Migration Template ->general data. One way to identify the scenario for Migration Template is to check the cylinder icon in the beginning of the scenario name and then you can read the description of the scenario which gives you more details.
