Hi Nikhil,

The business transaction provides business structures and functions that can be used in the various processes of a company, for example, in sales, marketing, and service.

In SAP CRM, business transactions are used in the following areas:

·         Sales

For example, quotation, sales order, opportunity, sales contract, sales agreement

·         Marketing

Lead

·         Service

For example, service contract, service order, service request, complaint, return, service confirmation

·         Activity management

For example, interaction logs, tasks

The search object for Business transaction is BTQUERY1O,by which you can use various search criteria to

find appropriate result.

There are various components where you can search BT

1> Agent Inbox can be used to search BT-Partner Function Customizing is used to relate order/business partner

2>Interaction history can be used to find the transaction based on id/category

and many other ways.
