I want to know where the rules (formula for calculation ) in loyalty management stores in the database.

Hi ,

use the BOL (under the components CRMD_MKTPL_LOY and SEG) for creating all the necessary entities after reading the table. The access hierarchy of the BOL objects can be viewed from the transaction GENIL_BOL_BROWSER and the model itself can be viewed from the transaction GENIL_MODEL_BROWSER.

Key Tables that are accessed in the loyalty program are

CGPL_PROJECT

CGPL_HIERARCHY

CRMD_LOY_VER

CRMD_LOY_RULE

The BRF conditions for the rules are created using the standard SAP Class CL_CRM_FDT.
