Viewing CRM Marketing Organisations in search

In our development system , when we create a new marketing organisation , we can see it immediately in the drop down search of the marketing organisation field in the campaign but in our test system , it takes hours to appear in the search

In debugging the search in test , it seems there is no entry in the indx /p table , hence it is not returned in the search results

Is there a transaction or workflow that I can execute to get the new marketing organisation in the search immediately in our test system?

Dear Audrey,

please check if you have planned report HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE to run on a regulary basis, and/or if you have activated CRM_ORGMAN_ATTR_BUFF of the BADI HRBAS00INFTY in one of the system.

The Purpose of this badi : This badi implemenation is used to update

the buffer at 'real time' ie the soon as changes are made to the

organization model and changes are saved. So if a user in CRM ,makes

changes to org model ,say description of org unit, saves it , then this

badi is executed which updates the buffer table. So the information is

real time and user dont need to run the buffer update report

HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE.

Now, the job of buffer update report HRBCI* is also the same, but it

updates buffers only once a day ,typically with a scheduled job.
