use the cod_Employee lןst in a ovs field

HI

i have a TI SCREEN 

and in the TI screen i have a  ovs field and i want to enable to choose a value of "ownerEmployee"

from the list of all empolyees in the  editorial board , 

like the cod_Employee 

but when i connect the ovs field to the list of all employee i can chose in the list just one employee 

and i dont see all the other employee that i have in the Employee database 

i would like to get your help

You can try to customize employee ovs to achieve this.
