Hi all,
I'm exploring the Mobile Order functionality and specifically the topic related with the configuration of the generic service payment provider since in our country there is no availability of PSP's supported by CCOM (Bluecode, Computop).
I know CCOM provide a configuration in order to setup a generic payment provider but according with the documentation of various PSP's in Colombia, we see, for example, there are more fields required to use the API's of the payment providers that available in CCOM and the json structure is more complex that the example showing in the documentation (Guide: SAP Customer Checkout - Mobile Order Payment Service Providers Configuration).
So this conditions restricte us the integration with other payment providers, or at least is what we see.
Anyone in LATAM has implemented Mobile Order with generic payment provider that can share your experiencie? How this integration could be achieved with the restrictions/conditions provided by them? What will be the correct way to implement a payment provider not supported by CCOM?
I appreciate your help.
Hello, we are a SAP partner in Germany - we integrated a local payment provider via the generic approach successfully. The Integration from the provider was called "Payment Page", others call it "Pay By Link" - these should be the most promising approaches to do the integration. You would have to implement and run a service/server which sits in between cco-manager and the PSP.
