Unique e-mail adress for e-mail campaigns

Does anyone know, if the e-mail is bounced back after executing a campaign and you have the e-mail address maintained twice in the system?

Hi Anna,

The Bounces work this way:

==>> A Hard bounce indicates that an email cannot be delivered for permanent

reasons like:-

    a. Recipient email address does not exist.

    b. Domain doesn't exist.

    c. Recipient email server has completely blocked delivery.

Soft bounce indicates a temporary delivery issue to an address like..

    a. Mail box is full.

    b. Recipient email server is down/offline.

    c. Out of office reply.

A Bounce should not happen for duplicate emails. Multiple emails should be sent based on the Business partners and their addressability.
