TTE in crm standarlone system

Hi,

I have a issue with creation of service order.

1.we are using sap crm standalone system.

2.I created product, type service.

3.I assigned item categary group as SAP standard product (srvp).

4.I assigned product taxes to the product.

country:us

tax type:utxj

tax group: full.

5. I maintained item categary determination.

6.srvo--document type, srvp item cat group, srqp is item categary.

7.I maintained everything.

7. when i try to create service order.

when i enter item level data:i enter item

It is giving

errors:

error1:Calling system ID CRMCLNT440 is not defined.

error2:Tax type UTXJ for product ZP_ID, country US is invalid.

error3:Enter valid country for business partner.

error4:Enter a jurisdiction code for the business partner 0000100.

I believe these are all due to tte configuration.

is it necessary to configure tax transaction engine for crm standalone system, to create a standard service order?

is there any chance to create service order without tax for item service procut?.

Hallo Siddharth,

I'n order to use TTE. Carry on the following settings -

1. Define the calling system in the TTE. Check in the IMG. You can find it.

2. Mention Default Calling systems for all Clients

3. Keep Rtefreshing the customizing always.

4. Use the TTE Simulation for Testing.

5. Maintain the tax rates in the Tax Maintenance area

Hi Siddharth,

Please check in SPRO for the pricing procedure assigned to the item category you are using. You can create your own pricing procedure without including 0TTE and determine that in your document.

Hi swetha,

As you said,now iam able to creates service order.

But iam not able to see the billing duelist for the saved service order.

when i check in service for billing->release sevice for billing->it is diplaying message, document is being disrtbuted., and it is not creating any billing document.

i maintaned in item categary, bill.of.relevance:transaction-related billing after completeion.

help me in this issue.how can i get billing document for saved service order.

Hi Siddharth,

Check if there is any error in smq1 or smq2.

If there is no error, you can check if your order is available in the billing due list in transaction Maintain billing due list.

If your order is not there in the list, check in transaction "Analyze Incomplete Entries of Billing Due List".

Thanks for your reply,

Iam not able to see my document in 'analyze incomplete entrie of billing due list also.

I can only see my document in " release service process for billing".

when i click "relased for billing" button for selected document, it displays " document is being distributed- dont make changes".

when i check this message, it is asking for wait a while.

is there any problem in bdoc which distribute the data?.

You can check in the queue smq1 or smq2 if there is any error. Also, check in transaction smw01 for your BDOC. If there is an error, you can check the error there itself and reprocess the BDOC.
