Hi CX Team,
We are interested in evaluating the "SAP CX AI Toolkit." However, before making a final decision, we would like to understand its capabilities. (mostly for our SAP Commerce cloud solution)
Accordingly, I have several inquiries:
1. Is there a trial version available? If so, could you please provide the details?
2. Regarding the pricing strategy, is it service-based? I understand it involves SAP AI units, but how are these units calculated? Are they based on the number of service calls, tenant size, or another factor?
I tried finding the answers on various documentation and webinars.

Please note that SAP does not provide a trial for the SAP CX AI Toolkit.
While, as a SAP partner, you can request TDD for SAP CX AI Toolkit.
