Trial and Pricing Strategy - SAP CX AI toolkit

Hi CX Team,

We are interested in evaluating the "SAP CX AI Toolkit." However, before making a final decision, we would like to understand its capabilities. (mostly for our SAP Commerce cloud solution)

Accordingly, I have several inquiries:

1. Is there a trial version available? If so, could you please provide the details?

2. Regarding the pricing strategy, is it service-based? I understand it involves SAP AI units, but how are these units calculated? Are they based on the number of service calls, tenant size, or another factor?

I tried finding the answers on various documentation and webinars.

Please note that SAP does not provide a trial for the SAP CX AI Toolkit.

While, as a SAP partner, you can request TDD for SAP CX AI Toolkit.

• with TDD, you'll get 50 AI Units/month
• the cost is cheaper and you can check in the SAP Pricing App.

Hi Sarbjeet, Unfortunately, you need to procure the toolkit, or attend the upcoming session on 03 July to understand the capability of tool before you procure one. Please mark the thread answered if it was helpful.
