Transaction launcher - Sign on

Hi Experts,

we are using transaction launcher process to call a url from our CRM Web UI.

Since the current url is expired,I have updated the new url inplace of the old one.But ever since I made this change system is asking users to enter their log in details when a user clicks on the workcenter that calls the url in the webclient.

Previously it was working fine,but ever since I have updated the new url system is asking users to enter their login details to enter a particular url.But users shouldn't get the pop to enter their login details when they click on the url link.

Please guide me if I should make any single sign on or any proxy settings to resolve this issue.

1.Go to Internet browser

2. Tools

3. internet options

4. Security

5. Custom level

6. go to the end of the list

7. select "Automatic Log on with current user and password"

And also be sure that both the user ID in two system should match.
