Tables BUT000 and SMOKNA1 not in synch

Dear all,

We are checking our customer database cause our users have complaint they are missing customers on their mobile clients.

When I check BUT000 and SMOKNA1 I have noticed that some customers only exist in BUT000 and not in SMOKNA1, although the biggest part of my customers exist in both tables.

The customers are coming from the R/3 system, but I don't see any difference in data between customers who are in SMOKNA1 and customers who are not.

Can someone help me and tell me what is going wrong and how I can fix this problem so both tables are back in synch.

Hi An,

check out transaction Sdima, it was developed specifically for the purpose of comparing database entries (between CRM & CDB and between CRM & R/3).

There should be a SAPtutor available somewhere on how to use the transaction.

Send BP data from CRM to CDB using transaction CRMM_BUPA_SEND for BPs not available in SMOKNA1.

If this data transfer fails, then you can analyze the reason.
